Before our Foundation Session, I’d like you to identify the areas that deserve your attention over the coming months.
This exercise will help us establish the direction for our coaching engagement by creating an initial draft of the themes, goals, and habits you’d like to focus on. Don’t worry about getting it right. Our first session is where we’ll refine and strengthen your thinking together.
When you’re ready, review the two resources below and begin your draft.

Your working draft
Capture at least two themes. Three or more habits per theme is recommended, but you may continue with fewer. Add a goal where it serves the theme. Don’t polish too hard—we’ll work on these together.
One last step
Drag your themes into order, with the most important at the top. You are not abandoning anything lower on the list—you are deciding what deserves the most attention first.
